Bill Amadeo of McManus & Amadeo and Grabel & Associates weighs in on Judge Matthew Stewart's recent ruling in the case of Mark Latunski.  Latunski, of Morrice, is accused of the gruesome murder of a Swartz Creek man that he reportedly met on Grindr.
